Immigration law is federal law. Attorneys admitted to practice in any U.S. state — including Ohio — may represent clients before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the immigration courts, and other federal immigration authorities nationwide, including from an office location in Florida. That federal authorization is the basis on which this firm serves clients from its Weston, Florida location while being admitted in Ohio only.
