TN Professionals (USMCA)

TN status allows certain Canadian and Mexican professionals to work in the United States for a sponsoring employer under the USMCA. We help employers and professionals prepare the required documentation and paperwork.

How We Help

We start with a consultation to understand the position being offered and the professional’s background. From there, we help prepare the supporting letter and documentation package a TN matter needs, and we guide you through the specific filing or processing steps that apply to your situation. If a request for more information comes in, we handle the response and keep you and your employer updated throughout.

What to Expect Working With Us

TN matters often move on a tighter timeline than other employment cases, and we try to be mindful of that in how quickly we turn things around and how clearly we communicate next steps. We explain what’s happening at each stage in plain language, and we’re available in English and Spanish.

How do we get started?

Reach out to schedule a consultation. We'll discuss the position and the professional's background, then walk you through next steps.

Do you work directly with employers, or only with the professional being sponsored?

We work with both — employers reaching out on behalf of a professional they want to hire, and professionals coordinating with their employer.

Can you help if I need to renew or extend my status?

Yes — reach out and we can discuss your specific situation during a consultation.
