Consultation request form

The consultation request form on our Contact page asks for your name, email address, phone number (optional), and a brief description of your situation.

When you submit that form, your information is sent directly to our firm's own Google Workspace email account (danja@higueraimm.com) through a small server-side relay we operate. No third-party form-processing company ever receives, stores, or has access to your submission — the relay only passes your message through, in transit, to our own email inbox, which we manage under our firm's own email retention practices. To prevent spam and abuse, the relay also records the sending device's IP address and a timestamp with the message and uses the IP address for short-term rate limiting; the form additionally uses a hidden spam-trap field and automated checks to filter out bot submissions before they reach us.

Scheduling a consultation (Calendly)

Our Schedule a Consultation page links out to Calendly, a third-party scheduling service, to book a free introductory consultation or a paid extended consultation. When you follow that link and book a time, you leave our site and provide your name, email, phone number, and any scheduling-question answers directly to Calendly, not to us.

Calendly is responsible for its own data practices once you're on its site. Its current privacy policy is available at calendly.com/privacy.

Office location map

Our Contact page includes a map of our office location. The map does not load, and no information is sent to Google, until you click "Load map." If you click to load it, your IP address and standard request information are sent to Google — the same as visiting Google Maps directly. If you'd rather not do that, our office address is on the Contact page as plain text either way.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not currently run any analytics or tracking service, and it does not set any advertising or tracking cookies.

[CONDITIONAL — this section updates if and when Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless traffic-measurement tool, is turned on for this site (design/integration-ledger.md §3). If activated, this section will state plainly that the site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate page-view and performance measurement only, that it does not use cookies or local storage, and that it does not require a consent banner. That change ships here at the same time analytics is turned on — not before, and not silently after.]

Video (future)

[CONDITIONAL — no video content exists on this site yet. When a video is added, it will embed using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and will not load until you click to play it. This section will describe that behavior once a real video embed ships.]

Fonts

This site's typefaces are hosted on our own server, not loaded from Google Fonts or any other font provider. Visiting this site never sends a request to a third-party font service.

How long we keep your information

What we don't do
