H-1B Specialty Occupation

H-1B status lets a U.S. employer sponsor a foreign professional for a specific role at their company. We represent both employers and the employees they're sponsoring, from the initial petition through any government follow-up — it's one of the case types we handle most often.

How We Help

Once you’re ready to move forward, here’s generally how an H-1B case runs with our office. We start with a consultation to understand the job, the employer, and the timeline you’re working with, then put the engagement in writing so everyone knows what’s covered before any work begins. From there, we send a questionnaire built specifically for H-1B cases, so we can gather what we need efficiently instead of going back and forth across dozens of separate emails. We prepare the petition and the supporting filings and send them to you and your employer to review and sign before anything goes to the government. If the government asks for more evidence, we handle it — we meet, we build the response, and we keep you looped in at every step. And while a case is pending, we stay on it, checking status and reaching out with updates, even when there’s nothing new yet to report.

What to Expect Working With Us

H-1B cases involve a lot of moving pieces — the employer’s side, your side, and the government’s side — and our job is making sure none of those pieces gets dropped. We explain each document we ask for and why we need it, we tell you honestly when we’re waiting on something outside our control, and we’re reachable if something changes on your end — a new job offer, a change in your circumstances, anything at all. You shouldn’t have to guess what’s happening with your case. Consultations and case communication are available in English and Spanish.

Frequently asked questions

Do you work directly with my employer, or only with me?

Both. We coordinate with your employer's HR or immigration contact throughout the case, and we keep you personally informed the whole way — not just at the start and the end.

Do you offer consultations in Spanish?

Yes. We serve clients in English and Spanish, and we're glad to conduct your consultation in whichever language you're most comfortable in.

How do we get started?

Schedule a consultation through the site or call our office. We'll talk through your situation, explain how we can help, and outline next steps from there.

Flat-fee representation available for most matters. [PLACEHOLDER — awaiting Danja]
