Whatever the specific visa category or green card path, our role stays the same: we start with a consultation to understand the position and the people involved, we put an engagement agreement in writing before any work begins, and we prepare the petition, application, or supporting filings the case calls for. Once something is filed, we manage the government side of the case — responding to any requests for more information — and we keep both you and your employer informed as things move along, including during the stretches where there simply isn’t news yet to share.
