Asylum
Asylum is a form of humanitarian protection for people who cannot safely return to their home country. We represent clients through this process with care, discretion, and honest communication — from your first conversation with us through the final decision on your case.

How We Help
We start with a consultation, where we listen to your situation and talk through how we can help. If you decide to move forward, we put our engagement with you in writing, so you always know what to expect from us.
From there, we prepare your application and the supporting materials that go with it, help you organize your documentation, and prepare you for each step of the process, including your interview. We communicate with the government on your behalf, and if any additional information or documentation is requested, we take care of that too. Throughout your case, we keep you informed of where things stand.
What to Expect Working With Us
Asylum cases are personal, and we treat them that way. We know it isn’t easy to share difficult experiences — especially in a second language, or while adjusting to a new country — and we take the time to listen, explain what’s ahead in plain terms, and answer your questions honestly. Everything you share with us is handled with discretion.
If you’re more comfortable speaking Spanish, we’re glad to work with you in Spanish, starting with your first consultation.
