Students & OPT (F-1)
F-1 student status covers international students studying in the United States, including Optional Practical Training (OPT) work authorization connected to a student's course of study. We help students prepare and file the paperwork these matters involve.
Schedule a Consultation Free 15-minute introductory consultation; extended consultations available. How We Help
We start with a consultation to understand where you are in your studies and what you’re trying to accomplish, whether that’s a change of status, an OPT application, or another F-1-related matter. From there, we help you gather what’s needed, prepare the relevant paperwork, and guide it through filing. If the government requests additional information, we handle that response and keep you updated.
What to Expect Working With Us
Student timelines are often tied to school terms and program dates, and we try to stay mindful of that in how we schedule and communicate. We explain each step in plain language and answer your questions as they come up. We’re available in English and Spanish.
