What This Involves

The EB-5 program is a path to a green card for foreign investors who put capital into a qualifying U.S. business. We handle the immigration side of an EB-5 case — the petitions, filings, and government correspondence tied to your investment — and we can work alongside your financial and business advisors.

How We Help

We start with a consultation to understand your investment and your goals. Once you decide to move forward, we send an engagement agreement and begin preparing your case.

We prepare and file the immigration petitions your case requires, organize the supporting documentation, and respond to any requests the government sends for more evidence or information. If your case moves to the adjustment-of-status or consular-processing stage, we handle that filing too, and we keep you updated at every stage along the way.

What to Expect Working With Us

An EB-5 case usually involves more than one advisor — often a financial or business attorney in addition to our office. We’re comfortable coordinating with your other advisors, and we’ll explain the immigration side of your case in plain language so you always know where things stand.
