O-1 Extraordinary Ability

The O-1 visa lets a U.S. employer or agent sponsor someone whose work in their field has drawn national or international recognition. We help clients organize their career history into a clear, well-documented petition and guide it through filing.

Schedule a Consultation Free 15-minute introductory consultation; extended consultations available.

How We Help

When you come to us for an O-1 matter, we start with a consultation to talk through your career and what you’re trying to accomplish. If we move forward together, we’ll send an engagement agreement, then get to work: gathering your career history, compiling supporting materials such as letters from colleagues and others familiar with your work, and preparing the petition package for your employer or agent to file. Once it’s filed, we monitor the case, respond to any requests the government sends for more information, and keep you posted at every stage — not just when there’s news to share.

What to Expect Working With Us

We know handing over your career story to be evaluated by a stranger feels different from a routine paperwork task, and we treat it that way. We’ll explain what each document is for and why we’re asking for it, and we’re available by phone and email throughout the process. Consultations and case communication are available in English and Spanish.
