We start with a consultation to learn about the engagement or season you’re planning for and what the sponsoring employer, agent, or organization needs from us. Once we’re engaged, we help gather the supporting documentation — things like contracts, itineraries, and materials describing the athlete’s or performer’s work — and prepare the petition package for filing. After filing, we track the case, respond to any government requests for additional evidence, and keep you and the sponsoring organization updated at every step.
What to Expect Working With Us
Athletic seasons and performance schedules run on their own calendar, and we try to work with that timing rather than against it. We’ll walk you through what’s needed and why before we ask for it, and we aim to be clear and responsive about where a case stands. We’re reachable by phone and email, and we work with clients in English and Spanish.
