Family Immigration
If you're trying to bring a spouse, fiancé(e), or family member to the United States — or help a family member finish the green card process they've already started — this is where we begin. Family-based cases are the heart of our practice, and we handle them from the very first filing through the final decision.

How We Help
Family cases usually start the same way: a consultation where we talk through your situation and what you’re trying to accomplish. If you decide to move forward with us, we send over an engagement agreement, get you started on your intake, and begin preparing your case — the petitions, supporting documents, and forms that need to go to the government. Once your case is filed, we stay on it: we respond to any requests the government sends for more information, and we keep you updated on where things stand at every stage, not only when there’s news to report.
Every family’s situation is a little different, and the strongest cases are built on the specific facts of your relationship and history — not a one-size-fits-all checklist. We take the time up front to understand your circumstances so the case we build reflects your real story.
What to Expect Working With Us
Family immigration cases are personal, and often the most important thing happening in a client’s life at that moment. We try to make a process that can feel overwhelming a little more manageable — explaining what each form is for, why we’re asking for a particular document, and what happens next at each step. Danja is personally involved in reviewing cases, not just at intake, and we’re reachable when questions come up along the way. Consultations and case communication are available in English and Spanish.

Frequently asked questions
How do we get started with a family case?
The process starts with a consultation, where we talk through your situation and the documents you'll likely need. If you decide to move forward, we send an engagement agreement and get you started on your intake.
Do you offer consultations in Spanish?
Yes. We regularly work with clients in both English and Spanish, and we can conduct your consultation and case communications in whichever language is most comfortable for you.
I'm not sure which family case applies to me — can you help me figure that out?
That's exactly what the consultation is for. Tell us about your situation and we'll help you understand which path fits your circumstances.
Flat-fee representation available for most matters. [PLACEHOLDER — awaiting Danja]
